There are some really wacky arguments in some of these amicus briefs...
Watching basically everyone file their amicus briefs in the OpenAI copyright case today... there are so many filings (including our own). Wondering if the judge (or his clerks?) will actually read through all of them and if they'll all just blend together.

I signed onto this amicus brief in the 9th circuit to argue that there is no constitutional role for the executive branch to remove voters from the rolls. That’s the job of the state.
