Hard to tell apart and I think versicolor are more abundant statewide. As for the generic name, oof, that's why I included the link to Amphibiaweb. If Hyla is the name used by the MVZ, home to some of the world's preeminent herpetologists, I'll go with Hyla. But I also am not pressed about it.

8,008 SPECIES OF FROG (per amphibiaweb, ASW is not there yet) AND the 8000th frog species (and the subsequent eight more) was described by my favorite frog scientist‼️‼️‼️
