Surrounded by hills on virtually all sides as well, natural (but large) ampitheatre
Never fun even when you like the music (our house is around the other side of the headland so we don't get the town centre festivals here, just the rarer park ones, old house got both)

But overall a strong recommend. It was the first night so if you can find affordable seats go and see it - I was in Ampitheatre row C and the acoustics were perfect.
