Supposedly this was the last An22 that Russia's MoD had, and there were 7 crewmembers on board. There are other An-22s in Russia, just not others belonging to the MoD, according to reports.

Which made me think 3 birds and a not bird...
But you say number the OOO and so obviously one is wrong so OOO is TR and it's an XV15 not a V22

I dont fully understand the problem
An-124, An22 and IL76 all have nominal ranges greater than 4000km.
Khmemim surely was immensely important due to the full control, infrastructure and perimeter given by the syrian gov - unsure if they can achieve the same in Libya or other countries.
