In general, their sight is good, but later on in life Andrea needs contact lenses because they're getting farsighted.
As a companion, it depends. If you help Minrathous, they end up blighted while leaving for Treviso with Luca, and by the act 3 they've lost 80% sight in one eye.

Usually it's caffeine, nicotine, fresh air, or all three. Andrea's generally a bad sleeper and tries to avoid it post Veilguard, only sleeping if they have to to the point of resorting to any means to stay awake.

Andrea lost their dad in what was assumed to be an accident when they were 14. To them, it was the moment their life went to hell.
At 17, their partner (in crime) was killed before their eyes. It made Andrea retreat even further, getting through Crow training by a drive for revenge.
