What made it actionable and why did it matter? I’ve learned this the hard way. I’ve seen teams (including mine) pour years into a vision. Then the moment real users arrive, the feedback storm hits. 📉 Ignore it, and you become deaf to reality. 📈 Chase all of it, and you become a feature factory. I’ve seen both. Neither ended well. Now I’m trying something different. 😅 I’m framing every piece of feedback in the context of our vision. Does it move us closer to what we’re trying to build? 🤖 So, we’re over the “𝘈𝘐 𝘪𝘴 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘵𝘰𝘰𝘭” premise, are we? Let’s check. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 are starting to act like 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. They evaluate. They choose. They transact. AI prototyping tools are lowering barriers so anyone in a team can test an idea. This means innovation is no longer limited to the few with coding skills. It means more perspectives, more diversity, more resilience. In ecosystem terms, 𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚. It’s not AI taking the wheel… it’s AI opening the road. Now, here’s where leadership comes in. The 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. They 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. They 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙙, 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙚𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨. So AI is accelerating assumption testing. And leadership is ensuring human assumptions: trust, fairness, belonging are tested too. That’s the part no one tells you. It’s not about man versus machine. If you’ve ever had 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘺𝘯𝘥𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘦 and a 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 high-five you at the same time, you know the feeling. What's your favourite example of a bout with impostor syndrome and looming deadline blues? Let’s compare battle scars. Inside my head, the voice was loud: “𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘬.” But here’s the plot twist. Instead of hiding, I asked more questions than I had in months. We pulled in experts from other teams. We spoke openly, aligned on a plan, and got guidance from the leads. Five months into the role, this week felt like my first week all over again. It’s to design the room and the feedback loops it runs on. If you're still thinking of AI as a replacement for humans, you're missing the actual revolution. 🔥 The real disruption? 𝘔𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰. 𝗜’𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲. 🎯 Would you find value in practical courses built on high-level ethical and mindset frameworks? Ones that give you tools and a compass? I'd love to hear your thoughts. I have the opportunity to develop a mini course for Partnerships professionals. And this has brought an even bigger question into focus: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙤 𝙙𝙞𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙀𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜? Especially those with the power to shape systems? I could say: “𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴.” But I don’t think that’s the real answer. 🛠️ The real shift starts with identity. We are not just players in systems. We are their shapers. Every PM, partnerships strategist, and innovator needs to realize: 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗸𝗲𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀. Your choices ripple through entire networks. I wasn’t always able to see this. I chased performance and outcomes, not relationships and resilience. It worked… until the system broke under the weight of its own disconnection. That’s when I started building differently. Not just faster or leaner, but with principles, interdependence, and long-term health in mind. 🌱 Ecosystem Engineering isn’t a tactic. It’s a way of being that leads to better systems for everyone… including you. I want to map this from identity and beliefs down to behavior and personal outcomes.
