Wip, something for #AnimaDeprived.
A spiraling composition of a mixture of rock and organic materials, with some sort of face in the middle.

Lots to do, lots to figure out, but here's an acrylic painting I did last year I kept forgetting to share. Also related to #animadeprived, like most of my random stuff. Would love to keep painting stuff like this in the future.
Acrylic painting of a fleshy, malformed creature with meaty wings crawling or lifting itself from the ground. Its face is hidden beneath layers of flesh, nerve and bone. The background is pitch black.

The focus of the illustration is massive cocoon-like formation made of gnarled branching shapes with a warm, eye-shaped light in the centre. In the foreground, a thick “branch” where a character is standing goes towards the background. The atmosphere is mostly blue and hazy, with some warm light particles floating around.

So I think this is it for now, I'm happy with it at this stage, at least enough for me to let it go for the time being and moving onto something else.

The eternal wip. It shouldn't really take THAT long, but I haven't saved proper time for it I guess. Posting it here so (maybe) I don't forget.
#AnimaDeprived
Sketch of a long centipede-like creature made up of countless of bodies. All of them have the same appearance. A couple of them wield weapons, some others cling to or crawl on each other, and some at the bottom are pressed against the floor, crawling or trying to lift themselves up. Part of the creatures' head and back is covered by a black cloth. A golden headdress sits at the top.

I finished this one recently. Feeling good about colours (limited as they are), composition and scale here.
The Chalazae Pit, for #AnimaDeprived.
A spiraling white & red composition of a mixture of rock and organic materials, with some sort of face in the middle, framed by the pit it lies in. The land's surface is scarred, dry and wrinkled, and the face looks as though it's twisting and sunken among a mass of fleshy strands. A small -in comparison- character approaches the pit from the bottom left corner.
