Calling all of my Rings of Power truthers! RISE!
Will I watch the next season of Rings of Power?
Yes:
Just as I’ve watched the others - about half an episode a night.
Show moves at a criminally glacial pace.
But it’s SO PRETTY AND EXPENSIVE LOOKING!
And everyone is acting the shit out of everything and seem to be having a good time, so…🤷♀️👍

It felt good to have confirmation from an outsider that the dwarves plotline is the only plotline which was really solid, and that the Annatar/Celebrimbor finale of s2, while VERY good, means nothing bc at no point was it built up to.

idk man, if I was going to do a ranting Lord of the Rings video about how elf-form Sauron and Celebrimbor, the Elven smith who he shared a forge with and taught how to forge magic rings that you pour your hot magic into weren’t gay, I wouldn’t use the yaoi elf boyfriend twins art
that’s just me tho

me writing a little scene where annatar and celebrimbor make fun of a char's quenya pronunciation because it's a joke about the shibboleth of feanor, then realizing perhaps this is too niche and also i'm definitely in too deep if i think it's funny

It is quite a thing for Celebrimbor to cut right across Annatar trying to insist that they need an answer now. His good sense rearing its head, I guess. #tropliveblog

Honestly, as someone who has felt slightly burned by a minor resistance to 100% Annatar in Haladriel context (and I’m not saying anyone is doing anything wrong!) I love seeing all the different interpretations of the ship.

oh thats right, after she wakes up from her Annatar hallucination. The dirt on her face tells me that she mightve been injured and taken to Rivendell for healing, as its similar dirt to what is on her face in battle earlier on. And when she wakes up, shes in fresh clothing, fully healed (by elrond?)
