Various doodles of Annie Scrambler from "The Electric Company (2009)." Left side features a full body illustration in her debut outfit with her hands on her hips and giving a confident smile. On the right side, there are two chibi-style illustrations. The top one features her outfit from "The Electric Accompany," holding a swinging pocket watch and having a dazed and concerned smile on her face, implying that she's also hypnotizing herself. The bottom features a fuming Annie with a red-and-white striped dress and black leggings, stomping around.

Nothing like taking artistic liberties to make the source material edgier than it actually is 💀
Anyways here's fan art of my favorite episode, "Scrambled Brains!"

A dramatic illustration of Annie Scrambler and Lisa Heffenbacher from "The Electric Company (2009)." Annie looks at the viewer, pointing to her swirly green eyes, implying that it might actually be Lisa in Annie's body. Streaks of neon green and pink flash behind Annie's head, symbolizing the color of their brains when the swap was performed. Behind Annie, a glowing white silhouette of Lisa stands in the distance. Yellow text on top is a quote from the episode: "So confusing... Everyone still loves Lisa... Why isn't my plan working?" Overlayed background text is not from the episode, but reads "SCRAMBLE MY BRAIN. PERFORM THE SWITCH. INTERCHANGE OUR BODIES. MAYBE I'LL ENJOY THIS FORM SO MUCH I'LL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE."

Manny Spamboni holding a remote control in his left hand. There is a zero in his right eye and a one in his left, representing binary code and his love of gizmos and gadgets. Tiny Robot (yes that’s the robot’s name) is standing by his feet. The text “I LOVE MY POWER!” is warped across a distorted green and scarlet background. Francine Carruthers stands with her arms crossed. She has a letter “A” in her right eye and a “Z” in her left, representing the alphabet and being the only member of the Pranksters to have the Wordball power. White and purple scribbled balls surround her, also referencing the Wordball. The text “I’M THE REAL WINNER!” is warped on a distorted purple and green background. Danny Rebus pulls on his suspenders. He has question marks in his eyes and surrounding him, representing his rebus puzzle power. The text “SOLVED IT YET?” is warped on a blue and yellow background. Annie Scrambler swinging a pocket watch at the viewer. There are spirals in her eyes and around her, representing her scrambling powers and familial tradition of hypnosis. The text “YOU ARE GETTING SLEEPY…” is warped on a pink, blue, and green background.

The second installation of Annie Scrambler x @bryonato.bsky.social's Fake Baseball League! Having to hide your identity is tricky enough, but adding superpowers in the mix adds another layer of difficulty... and old memories.

Main panel: Annie Scrambler, disguised as "Jake Leg," sits on the bench in the dugout. She's absentmindedly bouncing her foot, and a bag of sunflower seeds is underneath her. "They always talk about superheroes having to hide their magic powers in fiction." Top right: "But like, is it really worth it when you have the lamest superpower ever?" Close-up of her bouncing foot. The letters on the bag of sunflower seeds are moving around. Center: Annie has picked up the bag, realizing she's accidentally scrambled the text on it. "Slugfest Sunflower Seeds" has become "Flusgest Slowfuren Edsse." "I only know one other person who could do the same thing." Bottom: Annie seems to be remembering something... or someone. "But she doesn't want anything to do with me. She hasn't for a long time."

First panel: "I don't have the cleanest track record by any means." Annie Scrambler appears in a mugshot during her teenage years. Her criminal history mainly consists of "Criminal Mischief, Vandalism (Class 1 Misdemeanor), and Obstruction of Traffic." "It's not bad, but it's still... embarrassing." Second panel: "I'm embarrassed of the person I used to be." Annie changes a bakery sign to read "Whole Brain Bread." Third panel: "The people I called my friends." We see the Pranksters, Annie's old friends. Fourth panel: "The things I used to do for 'fun.'" Annie is hypnotizing the viewer. First panel: "So that's why when I joined the Commodores, I wanted a fresh start." Annie's face is obscured in this panel, but we see her walking with a duffel bag donning the logo of the Boston Commodores. Second panel: "I'm so glad Coach and the owner understood my situation, but keeping an alter ego is hard work, especially on your first day." We see Annie's face, revealing that she is in disguise. Her baseball cap pushes her short hair up into a short tuft, and she is wearing a fake mustache. Third panel: A male baseball player with a similar bushy mustache and sunglasses elbows Annie playfully. He says "By the way, Rookie, I never caught your name! There are three rookies here this year, so I have to differentiate ya somehow, heh!" First panel: Annie sweats a little, but confidently lies. "My name! Yeah, my name is... Jake!" Second panel: Annie's teammate looks at her curiously. "Jake...?" Next five panels: Annie gets nervous, thinking her teammate might be calling her bluff. "Jake..." she starts, sweating more and more with each panel. She looks down at her teammate's legs. "...Leg." Last panel: Annie is internally screaming. "ANNIE, YOU IDIOT!" she thinks. We see a disguise-less Annie on her hands and knees in defeat. "No one is going to believe your name is--" First panel: "Nice to meetcha, Jake!" Annie's teammate cuts off her internal dialogue. She huffs a sigh of relief. "oh thank god he bought it," she thinks. Last panel: We see a more-detailed shot of Annie's teammate, who is outstretching his hand to shake hers. His baseball cap is now off, revealing short hair that is combed back to give it some volume. "I'm Swamp Donkey. Let's do our best this season, yeah?" Annie tries to not let her confusion show. "Swamp Donkey?" she thinks. "Am I sure I'm the only one here using a pseudonym?"
