When I looked into it years ago I found some company had patents and was stingy with the tech. Canada had more options and they were available online. Been settled on Apagard for a while so more recent research is needed.

I personally recommend Apagard Premio because they claim it has the highest concentration of nHA in their lineup and I like the taste. There's a bunch of brands to try.
You'll find it under trade names like "biomin" and abbreviations like "n-HA", "nHA", or "n-HAP"

Speaking from personal experience: Apagard. The flavor's of it's not super-intense and doesn't leave my teeth with a weird hot/cold sensitivity like most mint ones do.

When I go to Japan I buy up a years worth of Apagard Premio and if you’re bougie like me I can highly recommend it. My dental checkups are fun now.

Aye I might have similar with chronic sinus issues, theres other ones that are similar to that boka, pearlie whites active remineralization, davids nano Hydroxyapatite and the apagard royal which is very pricey, I mean there all pricey compared to reg toothpaste but i use it 2 x a week

I had lived with tooth pain for a long time without dental insurance and the solution for me was Apagard Premio toothpaste from Japan stops both the pain and cavities from being a problem even after they've taken hold. Takes about a week of regular use to fully kick in but the relief is amazing
