There is a real problem of Islamophobia and anti-Arab racism in the US legal system - from arrests and overcharging of antigenocide protesters to evictions against Muslim and Arab tenants to guardians ad litem and child reps saying Muslim or Arab homes are unsafe - and we're not talking about it.

the level of islamophobia across the west is genuinely astounding. like, we're bigoted against everyone obviously, but with muslim/arab/arab-looking people it's truly next level. and for no good reason, people act like they're all terrorists who may come bomb us, while we literally go bomb *them*

"There are 22 Muslim/Arab countries, why can't Jews have one?"
First, "Muslim" and "Arab" aren't synonyms. Second, no group is a monolith. People aren't fungible - there are lots of different Muslim ethnicities and cultures. Third, the solution to ethnostates being bad isn't another ethnostate.

AGAIN, (1) Arab and Muslim Americans deserved the dignity of not being coerced into endorsing with their votes the genocide of their friends and family; and (2) there are more white cis women voters in the US than Black, Indigenous, trans, Jewish, Asian, Muslim, and Arab voters COMBINED.
