I'm not sure which creature I want to shape a giant wooden version of next, but this magnificent Archasia auriculata treehopper is under serious consideration. I would love to have this creature bringing me happiness in physical form in my house. 💚

I love them so much. They're like if a 💚 underwent mitosis and each half sprouted legs and went their separate ways. I should sketch this. Or someone should sketch this

Let's start with Organic Chemistry category.

Top traditional journals in this field are JOC (not in the list) and Org. Lett. (#4).

For #1, we get Carbohydrate Polymers. The reason for its sky-high IF? Papermills. Read more about it on FBS:

And I bet there's some shady citation - for - sale racket going on behind the scenes. Big props to Dr. Archasia belfragei for digging into this. Stay blessed!

Mom I am famous!!: Someone named Edward Mason seems to be a fond observer of my sleuthing work. He even uploaded a preprint to ResearchGate to come up with some grant conspiracy. That's a first for me...

Hi folks! This is my first post on BlueSky and I am excited to start sharing some of my findings on research articles of questionable quality here. I am a microbial ecologist myself, but the papers I flag here and on pubpeer (user Archasia Belfragei) are not constrained to my own field of research.

Dr. Archasia Belfragei, you’re a straight-up, rigorous scholar. Thanks for all you’ve done for research integrity. God bless you.

Hi there, Dr. Archasia belfragei. I've got a question. How did you come across this research paper? Did you just pick it randomly, or was there some kind of a way to find it?
May 29, 2025 at 1:10 AM
wow, Elsevier's made some solid progress. Kudos to Dr. Archasia Belfragei for their work. There are tons more of these fake celebrity scientists out there. Hope Dr. Belfragei uncovers even more of these phonies.

Thanks to Dr. Archasia belfragei for the work. Citation fraud is a seriously big deal in scientific integrity. But these problematic papers rarely get retracted—way less than those with image issues.

It seems another @elsevierconnect.bsky.social journal has been taken over by #papermill frauds & most likely #corrupt editors! Work by @academic-integrity.bsky.social and read all about it in @forbetterscience.bsky.social 👇 When will this madness stop?
