Enclosures are structures that protect archival materials from damage caused by environmental influences. In years gone by, this one was made for us by conservators at the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick. #ArchivesEnclosures #ACAHashtagParty

Today's the day for another ACA Hashtag Party, and today we're exploring some of the materials around archival materials! Occasionally, archival materials get donated to us inside of enclosures that are themselves somewhat archival, or at least unique, interesting, and maybe even beautiful.
Alt text: Dark blue background with a lighter blue circle in the centre, and a pink outlined sketch of three differently-sized gift boxes overlaying it. White text near the top reads "ACA Hashtag Party"; white text below inside a pink box reads "#ArchivesEnclosures"; and white text at the bottom reads "Today!" The ACA 50th anniversary logo is at the top.

Share examples of those kinds of items with us today (or the opposite!), and don't forget to tag us and use the hashtag so we can see your materials and re-share them. Enjoy the party! #ACAHashtagParty #ArchivesEnclosures
