Also this could be an opening for Arianespace, ISRO and India's commercial launch industry, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries though JAXA, at least on the commercial launch side. On the US Govt side? Different story. Remember contrary to popular belief, SpaceX isn't the only game in town.
