We have a coach and team that cleared the next closest squad by 21pts in the regular season, conceded only 13 goals (!!!) (0.5GA per game), had the highest PPG in a season at 2.50, and a win percentage over 80%.
These are all superb records for any top tier league in any sport.

Really trying not to reach for the simple explanation but the KC Current in 2024 & 2025 looked so sure of what to do in all phases. There was clarity all over the field.

The Current sidelined their sporting director and instead hired a manager who has never worked in the women’s game because the owners’ friend, who has also never worked in the women’s game, recommended they hire his other friend.

Armas is not qualified to coach in the NWSL, I think we all knew this since before pre season. Well not all, the suits sure thought any bold man could coach in this league. Can we start the #ArmasOut now?
