Fun fact about this one! I submitted this piece to the now-defunct ArtSpots, and I got a red-line back making the vixen's boobs *smaller*. I was irritated! It's confusing "bad" with "personal taste"! If anything, I'd think it'd be fine to show someone how to draw bigger boobs *better*!

Don't remember the cube shading test but ArtSpots claimed to have a quality control for new accounts and I guess you'd be banned if art wasn't to their standards.
Wasn't true, because they accepted MY early 2010s artwork. Or maybe their standards were pretty low. :v

Wahhhhh I love it! Esp a huge fan of how the vitiligo stands out/almost feels like a glow? It pairs soooo well with the space theme (also the lil heart is so cuuuuute)

I remember submitting some art for review at ArtSpots, back after Yerf went down. And whoever reviewed my art redlined it and gave the character smaller boobs. Like, fuck, there was nothing wrong with her before!

Ugh. UGH!

in retrospect i'm still pretty neutral about not getting in! just left me to do my own thing and had a much better application-based art gallery experience later on with artspots (when they first launched) who actually gave me constructive feedback instead of 'no sonic style' lol

This may be a weird thing to ask but I'm still messed up from ArtSpots. I remember them having a vendetta against sketches and having to hastily clean them up before uploading. And I don't remember them being too fond of fanart either which is like, all I draw.

I think I still have a button for Artspots somewhere at home.
