Please educate yourself about BPD, this type of behavior has nothing to do with it. Dishonesty is not a BPD criteria. It *is* a criteria of AsPD however, and it indirectly shows up in NPD criteria as “exploitative behavior”.

didn't even mention 30% damage reduction, half of which is taken as frenzy. also i think on a boss that's 2 procs of frenzy in a skill! (not counting the aspd if she's under frenzy herself) kind of rough since the second proc will mean she's dealing with the enemy w/ aspd up off skill-

Amusingly the +7 ASPD and 12% Arts Charge (or whatever the hell its gonna be localized as once global gets Yato 2nd mod) also replace almost all the effects of the first module, which buffs talent 1 by 7 ASPD and 12% ATK

I think its partially innate by the heritability of ASPD on my father's side, but being an abused child means dominating something felt like reclaiming power for myself. This part of me has largely atrophied now that im an adult, go to therapy, and put many years of effort into practiced empathy 🥲

Thinking about it, it's interesting for Frenzy to be introduced alongside Territory because their domain decreases enemy aspd giving you that option to counteract Frenzy's aspd increase for enemies

also we have a lot of really good atk, aspd, and now sp buffers while maxhp increases are still quite rare. any kind of self hp recovery defender or supporter who would like to not be oneshot by stray aoe benefit a TON from matsukiri and ppl still underrate him
still valuable just bc a ton of defenders and supporters have a bunch of innate atk buffs but very few have hp buffs so giving hp is more impactful (also having some max hp buff off skill makes it a bit more beneficial for cheap units that want to be deployed before he can get s2 off again)
