Want to master the asado fire like a pro? All you need is newspaper, and a bottle. Wrap, stack charcoal and wood, and voilà!

Porteños swear by charcoal, while the rest of Argentina prefers wood. We use both.

PumPum never shows her face in public. I once asked her for a photo with her mural — she covered it.

These two heard that story and did the same thing on their own.
