I've been cooking up some cool lore for Shu'halo "warlocks" over the last few days. I'm really proud of its direction, their relation to the Sunwalkers, their part in Tauren history and culture, and why they've been gone for so long.

Posting an awesome comm I just got from @shadefish.bsky.social - it's of an OC Space Marine from an original Legion of mine - the Ashwalkers. This is a handsome butch woman btw.
A Space Marine, holding a bolter, wearing grey power armour, decorated with bronze trim, with hot pink eye lenses. The symbol for women loving women is painted in purple on the marine's left pauldron, and her helmet has a horizontal horsehair crest that alternates between white and pink.

Oh yeah, I kept meaning to do this. Time to play catch up.

So the world which I'm 300+ pages of novel deep into is called Ashwalkers. It's high fantasy and set in the distant aftermath of someone trying to subsume millions of souls to achieve unlimited power. He was stopped but the damage was done.

Conceptually, I like it. The resource management was fine and a challenge in my ending. I can't bring myself to do more endings after sitting through two hours of just walking animations with occasional choices every few minutes though. Good ideas, subpar execution.
Four figures stand outside a dome. Day 13 - Almost two weeks ago, the Third Squad left the Citadel in search of the legendary Dome of Domes. The four characters walk toward a large mansion with boarded windows and defensive structures built around it. The characters sit around a campfire with bushes surrounding them. The Pond The Squad members notice that this pond is full of life. They seize on the chance to replenish their rations. The cacophony of croaking frogs mingles with the laughter of their unexpected predators.
