My article “The Ainu and Japanese Settler
Colonialism” was just published on the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Asian History! It’s both a snapshot of my past research and a bit of a preview of my current research (colonialism as a social determinant of health).

I’m delighted to share that my new book "Asianism and the Fall of Empire: India’s Road to Freedom" is published today. It explores the transnational history of Asianism and its role in shaping Indian anticolonialism against British rule. #AsianHistory #GlobalHistory #IndianHistory
