How can customers access support from @AIBIreland ? No response from customer service phone lines (have waited on hold from 25 - 60+ minutes before having to drop for work calls) & even DM'ing @AskAIB no longer acknowledged. Complaint logged in writing last week but no response.

Considering opening an account in Ireland?Avoid @AskAIB.6 wks,3 letters,a personal trip to Dublin & still can't do a simple transaction.
