My friend is running a boot camp. Not sure when he is done. I surprised him. I am surprised I was even able to find him. I have had a nice walk and maybe we will connect.

Today in therapy my MD psychotherapist asked me what I needed to do to work through this grief and I was proud of myself that I could tell him that I needed to be held while I cried through it and that I have multiple plans on the go to get that need met.
