clinical problems that we face.
1) Why do some people test positive on certain persistence assays and negative on others? How can we use all of the commercially and scientifically available assays to create a unifying test for persistence that helps us to understand when and

A retraction by Oncotarget, but the journal is taking all the credit for my 2020 findings!

"Oncotarget’s Image Forensics analysis identified multiple instances of image manipulations".

What a crappy move from Oncotarget.

Does your lab perform killing assays?
TL;DR: we’ve identified a problem that can bias the outcome of killing assays, making antagonism look stronger than it really is.
Adding a simple extra step can mitigate this bias!

Did some reviews and…. Why do ppl show biophysical assays without the actual data? KD values with no curves or fits. An ITC table without a single raw thermogram. You wouldn’t publish a Western without the blot, but for binding assays we just say “trust me bro”. Free the curves!!

(Call the same number if you were formally deferred because the screening assays they used to use detected any bloodborne illness but you couldn't get reinstated even with lab confirmation it was a false positive: they have changed the assays they use to ones that are way more accurate.)

Manager was grilling me yesterday bc the tracker says the assays are ready so why haven't I run them yet?

Collaborator today says the assays *aren't* ready and someone else will be running them anyway
