I have added sequencer modules to Atmosynth. Now you can create not just synth patches, but entire grooves.

I recommend watching with headphones or good speakers.

MPE should work but I have no MPE controller to test with. But if you create an Expression module (per note) and route it to (per note) effect modules, one effect chain per note should created with independent pressure/slide/bend parameters. Would be great if you could try it out and give feedback.
