City hosts say permanent repairs to the northbound SR 167 bridge begin with overnight closures starting Nov. 19 (11 p.m. to 5 a.m.). A 24/7 one-lane configuration is expected to begin the morning of Nov. 20 and 3rd Avenue beneath the bridge will remain closed for the duration of repairs.
