I don't want to read classics b/c they're classics, I'd rather spend time w/a book that changes me. Odysseus doesn't do that. Nor Greek Mythology. Marcus Aurelius Meditations yes, but I can only listen to it in small bits.

One of Aurelius' fears is shaped a bit differently to what you might expect. He's more concerned that he'd vanish without any record of having existed.
He's spent his whole life being the foundling nobody claimed, the outsider whose guardians vanished without explanation.
