Went to Budapest with intern. Read all of Captive Prince vol 1 on the train. Incredible. Great. Forgot to buy groceries (fruit!!!! Vegetables!!) before we left. Walked 11 or 12km. Bought a sour cherry strudel. Good river. Unclear why Vienna was ever the capital of Austrohungarian Empire. Hortobágyi.

Huh, while nothing happening during the interwar period makes sense I always kinda assumed that more of the network than just one line would date back to the AustroHungarian era.
