3) I have laptop speakers (thinkpad), $15 shit BT headphones, and $50 somewhat less shit BT headphones. Music sounds WILDLY different across these. Had Codex whip up autoswitch script for EasyEffects EQ when a certain audio device is being used/BT headphone connected. Very nice experience now

head not in choice mode
taken out by dealing with x-ray this morning
Even without trauma as +bonus, ADHD doesn’t make choices easy

A3000 doesn't like talking to an LCD TV, I suspect because it doesn't have the 12V autoswitch in the cable. However, it WILL talk to my Philips CM8233. I also found a quadrature RM Nimbus mouse which should work... but it doesn't.
More testing and cleaning around the mouse connector tomorrow then!

Oh seems like targets supports qs2 and will autoswitch, it's just that my previous runs were all in qs format.

Assuming you have an ethernet port on the 98 machine. You also need a null modem eth cable bc back then the adapters didn’t autoswitch

I remembered Eagle PC but I did not recall that keyboard placement innovation, though the keyboard looks wretched. Subjectively speaking the best keyboards from that era were the Northgate Omnikey 102 and the IBM Model M keyboard. Now excuse me while I configure my Paradox Autoswitch.

Something like 'autoswitch inputs when a source is detected' - I also have a Switch and also had/have zero problems with that, only difference I can think of (in my world) is the PS is going into an eARC HDMI in.
It's a nice idea, but the implementation is dogsmell.

they changed something fairly recently to force autoswitch all your tabs and given there's no option I've seen to turn it off, I'm guessing it was their very quiet, hacky attempt to prevent block evasion

The UB820 is most peoples' top pick. I have the Sony X700 and I don't have the play back issues that have often been reported. It also doesn't autoswitch between HDR10 and DV which can be a pain in the ass. The Panny UB450 has a couple features cut from the 820 but it's great from what I've read.

The SNES can only output 5V, so when plugged into a crt tv with scart it autoswitches to 16:9. It can be changed to 4:3 with the controller.
It doesn't autoswitch if you use a scaler or flat screen tv
Have to leave this line connected as some devices have problems if I don't.
