E-mobility is in 78% of NDCs. Meanwhile: bus rapid transit dropped from 19 NDCs to 8. Active mobility is in just 28%. Mode share targets fell from 28% to 12%.
Freight (43% of transport CO₂) appears in only 41% of climate plans.
