The 9th Circuit just abruptly dismissed my appeal without allowing me to respond to Apple's motion to dismiss or to even file a brief. They said there's no jurisdiction, despite not allowing me to make any arguments about why there's jurisdiction (& there is). This is very bad for my lawsuit.
