Dubbed “Enchantment Under the C Line," the prom drew public transit supporters who donned blue corsages and sea-themed costumes to dance and drink unlimited punch. "The original BART system, the yellow line ended in Concord. And so the Rockridge station is officially part of the C line. C for Concord. So it's kind of an inside joke for BART staff," explained BART's Chief Communications Officer, Alicia Trost.
