I was rejected from a fellowship I applied to, but they notified everyone by email and decided to put my email in the "To:" field and BCC everyone else.
So now I'm getting the reply-alls from each of the other people they rejected, which is cool.
I guess I'm flattered to be *the most* rejected.

I'm more of a china hawk than most. I actually AM more afraid of Huawei than Cisco (networking/telecom is special). And could easily see policies like "ban Chinese cars on US govmt installations", but I don't have a problem with my DJI being flown in places where "BCC the CCP" is OK.
You can sidle up to an argument that we should be cautious about embedding Chinese hardware / software in essential infrastructure (though, um, Starlink anyone?) but as an individual I am much more afraid of Google than I am of HUAWEI.
