Time-limited zanu+ven R/R CLL @inhyeahn #ASH24:
ORR in 3 cohorts:
- BTKi/BCL2i naive: 91%
- BTKi/BCL2i exposed & stopped other than PD: 100%
- PD on cBTKi w/o C481mut: 100%
AEs: 42% G1-2 diarrhea, 8% afib, no TLS
Great fixed-duration R/R option. Look out for MRD data. #leusm
