#BCProvincialElection voters guide (work in progress, will be updated after Oct 3 when official nominations close, and otherwise just as I see stuff roll in)

General voters info + official @electionsbc.bsky.social website links, and party links

/4 I’m working on Google docs with a #VancouverMunicipalElection guide & a #BCProvincialElection guide, which I’ll post here and on @gandersocial.ca when I have them “done.” The goal is non-partisan write ups on all voting options alongside general voting info and surrounding general info.

/2 #BCProvincialElection

#VancouverVoters are looking at Oct 18 as our final voting day followed by Oct 24 as a final voting day. In 1 month, Vancouver votes have to follow 2 different entire political campaigns, 1 with 130 candidates on the ballot already (my count via the CoV planyrvote pg)

#BCProvincialElection as a 27 cis white Vancouver borne and raised local - and NDP/Green/lefty leaning politically

I am shocked we have 1 month to figure out and vote for our new BC Provincial team, alongside a #VancouverMunicipalElection coming up - and I voted for @davidebybc.bsky.social b4. /1
