Home in Oxford after an excellent & stimulating #BES2022 in Edinburgh catching up with colleagues old & new. Many discussions about phenology of tri-trophic systems, so a Winter Moth in the porch as I arrived felt auspicious. Saffron buns on the go as well…😋

Belt and braces. I have now two train tickets to #BES2022 One on Sunday (the planned) and one on Monday morning in case of the strike . I hope then to arrive in time for my talk in a super interesting session lead by @PalyAlly

Leg 1 going to the #BES2022 conference in Edinburgh. A slight detour but amazing stop in Kent. Dungerness delivered loads of ducks, ducks, ducks, egrets, harriers, snipes, barn owl, landforms, sea, skies, snow and warm friendship
