BG3posting: did everything I could find in the upper world maps on Act 1, went down to see what I could find in the Underdark and... the Underdark is basically Australia, isn't it? Literally everything wants to kill you. Just taken a mission from King Cordyceps, we'll see how this goes.

#BG3posting: the various meanings of ‘use’ continue to confound me. Previously, ‘use’ on a taxidermied bear might result in my character realising something about it. I just tried to ‘use’ a shopkeeper’s taxidermied bear and now he hates me and clearly thinks I’m some sort of pervert.

BG3posting: managed to start a duergar civil war. I thought I was going to have to kill everyone but some joined in on my side. Unfortunately, the slaves I was trying to rescue decided to fight the mercenary ogres I’d called on for help, and there’s not much I can do about that.

#BG3posting: making your enemies walk through Wall Of Flame if they want to get to their target in combat seems a great idea… until the combat ends, an ally NPC automatically walks through it to get to their friend, gets hurt, and then they all immediately start another fight with you.

BG3posting: so glad I only started playing this game once others have talked about it at length on the net. Nearly finished Act 1 and have come to the conclusion that my mind works so differently to the people who made this in terms of riddles and puzzles that we may as well be different species.
