173 runners joined our first Saturday Naked 5K! 🎉 Despite the weather, all finishers did brilliantly. The overall winner clocked 18:17, & the ladies’ winner 22:37. After swimming, games, & sauna time, the night ended with the glowing fun of the Glow Crazy Party! 🌟

Lizzie finally beat me at the @naturistfoundation.org #BH5K! I had to injure myself though... Foot slipped on woodland steps and I nearly went over sideways, twisting my knee. I caught myself before doing any serious damage and still managed to finish, but it did hurt...

Yesterdays run was HOT 🥵 but at least Apple classified it as a run this time. Roll on the weekend when I can run and swim naked at @naturistfoundation.org apparently over 200 people joining me in the naked 5km on Sunday … see you soon guys, gals and others.

Just got official photos from #BH5K in September back - safe to say they won't appear here - but if you like a good trail run and like me you've been curious about social naturism, and (like I was) too chicken to try, I thoroughly recommend the 5k at @naturistfoundation.org. Can't wait until May!
