A demo permit for the restaurant was issued Jan 2024; construction approvals followed about three months later, with foundation work starting the next summer; the building is nearing completion as of Aug 6, 2025.  • Homes are mainly 3- and 4-bedroom units averaging ~2,000 sq ft, each with private outdoor space; balconies include built-in grills. There’s a garage with 31 indoor spaces and a shared roof deck above it.  • Pricing noted on site begins in the upper $900k range, with larger units listed up to the high $1.3M range; several units are already under contract.  • Transit: within a block of CTA 22 and 80 buses; ~½ mile to Sheridan (Red Line) and Irving Park (Brown Line); 9/X9 buses stop at Ashland Ave a few blocks west.
