So, its great the Scranton/Cutoff project is moving fwd as expected. But 3-4 years for the Service Development Plan, expected in 2028?! Really, this kind of project should be a 3-day lock-in at the rec center. Get a bunch of the right people sitting around a table. Trains should be running in 2028!
