Oh no, we are just about out of our ground goat meat for the season. Ground is our favorite goat cut as it is so versatile. Just a simple salt and pepper burger is soo delicious.

Similar to lamb chops, these are the “lollipop” cut of goat. Great thrown on the grill, pan seared, sous vide, or made into a curry. A very versatile and flavorful cut.
