BPLPSA is doing INCREDIBLY important work here. Library staff are expected to accept lower pay and worse benefits because our profession is ~*~noble~*~ and ~*~a vocation~*~ which means only folks privileged enough can work at the library, which keeps us out of step with the people we serve.

BARGAINING UPDATE (a thread):

We are disappointed to share that we were unable to reach an agreement with the City of Boston and Boston Public Library Management at our bargaining session on Friday, October 13th.
