Dnes bastlím hack #2: Za babku sa dá kúpiť malý merač teploty/vlhkosti. Flashnúť na otvorený firmvér (BTHome). Domrvený bluetooth na raspberry pi 3 kvôli kernelu zachráni merač kvality vzduchu (!) od #laskakit, ktorý má vďaka ESP32 aj Bluetooth proxy. https://buff.ly/4gPUAT5

A priori ça consommerait plus en Zigbee. J'en ai un dans chaque pièce, je les ai mis en BTHome v2 même si j'ai plein de Zigbee par ailleurs. J'ai aussi activé le proxy bluetooth sur les ESP32/ESPHome pour étendre la couverture.

I mostly wanted an excuse to write more rust code, ended up having to yak shave my own BTHome encoding crate, so I could have it work with Home Assistant.

Key-gle got me reinvigorated in an old idea. Behold: Le’Fob - a bluetooth/2.4ghz universal fob. I ended up ordering a resin printer after these tests. I’m thinking the default config is just 4 BTHome buttons with double/hold/etc. but I have some outrageous ideas.

Today, I failed at fixing my temperature sensor setup. Tomorrow, I want to switch them to bthome and instead of sending data via MQTT use ESP Bluetooth proxies. Lower energy consumption, more stability. Maybe. #homeassistant

J'en ai installé une dizaine à la maison il y a quelques années. À l'époque, après moult recherches j'étais arrivé à une config différente pour l'intégration à Home Assistant. Aujourd'hui, je choisirais BTHome v2, d'autant plus que la future v6 du firmware de PVVX sera uniquement compatible avec ça.

This is where #Shelly starts shinning. With the Gen3 and BLU products line, these devices can talk to each other over the protocol #BTHome.
That means a Shelly 2PM Gen3 can receive local #bluetooth communication from BLU devices and perform actions (aka #automations) LOCALLY! No other dependencies
