The steelman case here is "companies are throwing tons of money at enterprise plans and in-house fine-tuned models that have poor adoption among employees, which they'll eventually realize and give up on."

There's truth in that, but in part because many of those employees just BYOLLM.

Another feature that is also going way down the well is the support for BYOLLM (bring your own LLM; self hosted LLM).
