Peperomia obtusifolia (often called a baby rubber plant).

The funny rattail-like growths are its flowers which drop off after a week or so.

I have 2 Baby Rubber Plants, this is my second one, first to flower! 🪴🌿🌱

The first isn't so pretty, as she was exposed to -40c when a door was left open (and she was the closest).
