❌ Our #BackingTheFuture report shows that if employer pension contributions were to double to 6%, more than 9 in 10 small employers would have to change their business negatively to cope - including raising prices and recruiting fewer workers.

🚩 According to our new report on pensions, #BackingTheFuture, over half of small employers say that understanding existing pensions rules is a headache, with 24% paying over £500 a year for advice - even before new reforms are introduced.
