昨夜は２回も目が覚めてしまった😳それもそのはずで夜間の気圧上昇が激しく自律神経が反応していたと判明。覚醒しやすい交感神経が刺激される変動で心と身体を整える副交感神経が抑制→深い睡眠を妨げられていたんですね🔥睡眠以外にも便秘・ガス溜まり・ドキドキ・肩や頭が張るなどの不調もこの流れで頑張りすぎてる人に顕著に現れます。無理しないで。
