VERY FEISTY DOUGH, mixed together last night, no-knead oc. Nearly ready to bake and 2 thirds of the liquid was soy buttermilk. I'm quite excited abt this!
I also have some no-knead bagel dough on the go, some of the liquid in that is soy milk which I haven't tried b4.
