Four more were killed in the #BallymurphyMassacre on #ThisDayInHistory in 1971 by British troops in #WestBelfast, #NorthernIreland. Two were shot dead in Whitecliff Parade, one at Corpus Christi Church, & one died of a heart attack after soldiers put him through a #MockExecution.

In the #BallymurphyMassacre during #OperationDemetrius, ten people, including a #Catholic priest, were shot dead in #WestBelfast over three days starting #ThisDayInHistory in 1971. A priest with a white flag was killed while giving last rites, and a wounded boy was shot the head.
