Any short term rental in mayor cities should be limited to a maximum number of nights per year, no matter if the appartement is owned by a particular or part of a portfolio from property management companies or vacation rental platforms.

In #PimaCounty Short Term Rental owners are not required to register or even pay a nickel of taxes. These owners, through #AirBnB are running high occupancy, dangerous, and illegal hotels. They are taking homes off the market, and kids out of our public schools. #BanSTRs
