Au Tchad, alors que des militaires sont toujours déployés dans la région du Tibesti, l’accord de paix signé entre le gouvernement et le Comité d’autodéfense de Miski en avril dernier s’est élargi cette semaine à de nouveaux acteurs : les mouvements Difa Al-Watan et MADAT (Mouvement pour l’Alternance et la Démocratie au Tchad) ainsi que le Comité de défense de Yorogueï. Ils deviennent donc signataires de l’accord de paix du 20 avril dernier conclu à Bardaï. Un accord qui a pour but de mettre fin à plus de sept ans de conflit autour de l’exploitation des richesses minières et aurifères dans la région.

What Canadians have is that Google #BardAI is still not available in Canada, the only country so excluded. Frankly, Google by doing this extortion of the Canadian government, has lost any goodwill it had with IT professionals and it's cloud services, etc? Obviously unreliable!!!! #BadBardEvilGoogle

En 2018, des tensions avaient éclaté dans le Tibesti, à l’extrême nord du pays, autour de l'exploitation des richesses minières, avant un accord en 2019. Un accord insuffisant à faire retomber la tension. Cette fois, les parties réunies à Bardaï, chef lieu du Tibesti, se disent satisfaites des termes de l’accord.
